COMPANIES STRUT THEIR STUFF FOR TOP HONORS AND A $25,000 CASH GRANT
For 2014, the response has been overwhelming for our limited and coveted spots. No gimmicks, no big trade show booths. Our start-ups are set-up on the same playing field, measuring the ideas presented, not the company’s marketing materials.
Do you have what it takes?
Harvard University’s* Science Center will serve as the perfect backdrop for our innovators to strut their stuff and show the payments industry the newest and freshest players in the space – and how they are changing innovation as we know it. No schlepping exhibit booths or marketing materials. You’ll have your own space, and we’ll get it all set for you. Each Innovator Expo pod is outfitted with a monitor for you to blast your demo or presentation, and includes branded signage featuring your marketing message, and a QR code linking to your demo on our mobile event app and website. Our Innovators will compete for one of several cash prizes and the winner of the Expo will earn bragging rights and receive a $25,000 cash grant in front of 600+ senior payments executives at our March 20, 2014 Innovator Awards dinner, immediately following the conclusion of the Expo.
To be considered for one of our Innovator Expo pods, please complete this submission form.
Meet the Innovator Expo Co-Chairs
In addition to officially opening the Expo on March 19th, the Innovator Expo co-chairs will be on hand to meet Expo participants and share their impressions on what they see. They’ll also award the winning “Best in Show” Expo participants with their cash prize and do a joint interview with them on PYMNTS.com℠.
The What’s Next Power Play ™
Starting March 19th during the Innovator Expo Cocktail reception, and continuing on March 20th over breakfast at Innovation Project™ 2014, 10 innovators ranging from new, established and somewhere in the middle will be given 5 minutes to present their What’s Next Power Play™. We provide you the LaunchPad, you provide the pitch using anything but PowerPoint-it’s time to get creative!
After the 5 minute pitch is complete, Doug Bergeron, Founder, Opus Global Holdings and former CEO of VeriFone, will lead a 5 minute Q&A designed to draw out the essence of the product or solution’s value, as only someone of his caliber can do. At then end what’s left are useful and applicable context for understanding how What’s Next will define the power plays in payments and commerce, yet to come.
Space is limited, so if you’d like to be considered for one of these 10 spots, please contact today for more information.
