Invitation Process & Registration
How do I apply to become an Innovation Project™ 2014 delegate?
The Innovation Project™ is invitation only and targeted to senior executives and innovators from across the payments and commerce sectors and if you think you have what it takes, please apply here.
What is the application deadline?
Given our limited event, we encourage that you apply early. The invitation process is on a rolling basis.
What is the registration fee?
$2495 per person, once accepted you will be sent a registration link to pay by credit card. Please email firstname.lastname@example.org with questions. There are group packages and discounts available as well as special pricing for merchant, nonprofit and government sectors.
When does the Innovation Project™ officially begin and end?
The Innovation Project™ begins on Tuesday, March 18, 2014 at 6:00 PM with our pre-registration reception event at The Charles Hotel (optional). Our general session program begins on Wednesday, March 19, 2014 at 8:00 AM and runs until the conclusion of our Innovator Awards and Crystal Ball events late into the evening (after 10PM) on Thursday, March 20, 2014.
Are all program modules included in the Innovation Project™ Registration fee?
Your registration will include access to our: 2-day program, Innovator Expo, Innovator Awards dinner, and Crystal Ball. We also provide breakfast and lunch on both March 19 and 20, a cocktail reception held at the Innovator Expo on March 19, and dinner at the Innovator Awards, as part of your registration.
What is not covered in the Innovation Project™ registration fee?
Hotel, transportation, and dinners held outside of the event, are not covered as part of registration.
What is the cancellation and substitution policy?
There are no refunds but you may substitute a colleague for your registration. Since this is an invitation-only event, all substitutions must be approved by the events team.

Where is the Innovation Project™ located and how far is The Charles Hotel from The Innovation Project™ location?
All of our program segments take place on the Harvard University* campus in Cambridge, MA.
The Innovation Project™ 2014 general session will take place at Memorial Hall in Sanders Theatre at 45 Quincy Street. The Innovator Expo is held at the Harvard University* Science Center at 1 Oxford Street. The Innovator Awards dinner is held at Memorial Hall in Annenberg Hall at 45 Quincy Street. The Crystal Ball is held at the Memorial Hall in the Queens Head Pub.
The Charles Hotel is located 0.9 miles from Memorial Hall. We will provide transportation via shuttle buses to and from The Charles Hotel to Memorial Hall during the event.

Will there be a mobile app for the Innovation Project™?
Yes, we will launch a mobile app for this event, and will send around the link to all registered delegates in advance.
Am I allowed to record sessions or presentations at the Innovation Project™?
We kindly ask that all delegates refrain from recording any portion of our sessions.
Will there be free Wi-Fi throughout the entire event space?
Wi-Fi will be available in Memorial Hall and the Science Center locations. Registered delegates will receive directions on how to log on upon registration check-in.
